How does the Attack Connector Ball provide instant feedback?

When you train with the ball in place—under your lead arm or between your arms—it will slip or shift if your body begins to disconnect or move inefficiently. This “felt feedback” alerts you to correct your form in real time, without needing constant supervision from a coach.
